Saffron comprises the slender, flared tripartite stigmas meticulously plucked from purple Crocus sativus blossoms. Each vivid crimson strand carries concentrated crocin for brilliant natural yellow coloring and safranal for its legendary sweet-hay and earthy floral fragrance. Packed in airtight protective bulk tins and food-grade jars.
