Fennel seeds feature elongated oval shapes with prominent vertical ribs and a pale green to light yellowish tint. They impart a gentle anise-like sweetness and refreshing herbal character to savoury dishes, bakery goods, and spice mixtures. We supply whole sortex-cleaned seeds and milled powder.
