Pink peppercorns are the dried fruits of the Schinus tree, sporting a fragile, papery outer shell in rosy crimson shades. Biting into the brittle shell releases a sweet, berry-pine fragrance with almost no biting pepperiness, making them ideal for colorful garnishes and gourmet blends. Shipped as carefully sorted whole berries.
