Whole green pods, decorticated seeds, ground cardamom
Green cardamom capsules are harvested before maturity and dried carefully to preserve their vibrant green husks. Cracking the papery pod exposes oily dark seeds bursting with sweet minty eucalyptus and zesty citrus tones. Exported as graded whole pods (various millimeter sizes), loose seeds, and freshly ground powder.
