Green peppercorns are picked well before ripening and processed through controlled dehydration to lock in their natural chlorophyll and herbaceous zest. They exhibit a milder, fresher warmth compared to black pepper, accompanied by bright tart nuances. Supplied as whole lightweight dried berries.
