Bird's eye chillies are petite, pointed pods that dry into brilliant orange-red cylinders with smooth skins. Despite their diminutive size, they contain dense capsaicin concentrations that deliver an intense, sudden heat to dipping sauces and marinades. Sourced as whole dried pods and crushed coarse flakes.
